These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between adc365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who registers for or accesses an account on adc365.org. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and adc365 and applies to all services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, crash games, slots, and any promotional or bonus programmes.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered on adc365, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full, without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Platform.

adc365 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. To register an account on adc365, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register that encompasses adc365.
• Register only one personal account. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of adc365 or its technology partners are prohibited from holding player accounts.

adc365 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. Verification documents may include a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driver's licence, along with proof of the payment method used for deposits.

Account registration and use of the Platform is provided free of charge. adc365 does not charge a fee for opening or maintaining a standard player account.

adc365 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and Indian Rupees (INR) depending on the currency elected at account registration. The following payment-related terms apply to all accounts:

adc365 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform, or use any content from adc365 for commercial purposes without express written permission from adc365. Unauthorised use of any content or materials on adc365 may result in legal action.

Game content, imagery, and branding provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on adc365 under licence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, adc365 and its directors, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses — resulting from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game thereon.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account, transmissions, or data.
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform.
• Any other matter relating to the Platform, however arising.

adc365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

adc365 accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winnings received through the Platform. It is the sole responsibility of the player to comply with any applicable tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

adc365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, or scripting tools.
• Chargebacks initiated against adc365 through a payment provider.
• Abuse of bonus programmes or promotional offers.
• Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the specified timeframe.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification requirements. adc365 will process such returns within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. A voluntary account closure does not constitute a self-exclusion unless specifically requested.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to adc365's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between you and adc365, the parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication with our customer support team in the first instance.

Any unresolved dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. Neither party waives any right to seek interim or urgent injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction pending the outcome of arbitration.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and adc365 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver: Failure by adc365 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in the future.

Language: The authoritative version of these Terms and Conditions is the English-language version. In the event of any conflict between this version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
